To qualify for a refund, you must meet all the following conditions:
- Attend all seven live classes. Attendance at every scheduled session is mandatory for refund eligibility.
- Follow the recommended strategies and timelines. You must make a genuine effort to implement the guidance provided during the course.
- Report errors promptly. If you encounter technical issues or problems implementing the strategies, you must report them immediately so they can be addressed.
- Fail to achieve profitable sales. Refunds are available only when profitable sales, as defined by the course’s profitability formula, are not achieved despite meeting the above requirements.
- Understand what is refundable. Only the course fee actually paid is eligible for a refund. The minimum ₹5,000 Meta Ads budget is your own advertising expenditure and will not be refunded.
- Understand the scope of the guarantee. We guarantee profitable customer acquisition under the stated calculation, not a specific number of sales. Sales volumes will depend on your product, pricing, audience, offer, and other factors.
